About Atlas Therapy
Founded by Dr. Troy Akins, Ph.D, Atlas Therapy, LLC was established in Gillette, Wyoming in November 2017 to provide comprehensive mental and behavioral health services. Since then, we have expanded to include locations in Sheridan and Sundance, Wyoming. In 2020, we began offering psychiatric medication services at our Gillette office.
Our range of mental and behavioral health services includes individual, family, and group therapy, as well as teletherapy. Our compassionate providers have specialized training in helping adults, children, and teens, and are dedicated to providing personalized care to each of our patients.
We pride ourselves on being a supportive and understanding resource for our patients, and are committed to helping them achieve their goals and improve their overall well-being. At Atlas Therapy, LLC, we also offer supervision and training opportunities for those interested in pursuing a career in mental and behavioral health.

General Payment Info
You will pay each session in full, or your insurance co-payment at the time services are provided. Accepted methods of payment include, cash, credit card, and check. Checks should be made payable to Atlas Therapy LLC. All past due fees will accrue interest at a rate of 18% per annum, commencing Ten days from the date services are provided.

Phone Consultation (per Hour): $200
Therapy Session (per Hour): $200

Extra Therapy Time (per 15 min) $50
Report Writing/Assessment (per hour): $200
Court/Testimony (per hour): $225
Medical Record Requests (per hour): $50’
Additional Fees
Late cancelations/Intake (Less than 24hrs notice): $75
Checks Returned Due to Insufficient Funds: $50
Late cancelations/Missed Appointment (less than 24hrs notice): $50
After 3 consecutive NO CALL/NO SHOW, we consider you non-compliant with your care and you will be terminated from your treatment with your provider. Referrals for outside agencies will be given by request.
